Vendor information
Due to some ongoing updates and construction at The Yard, we will be moving the location of the Festival for this year while they complete those updates. Kentucky Steam Heritage Corp has worked diligently to get the work done for us to host the festival at their venue, but too many challenges have extended their timeframe and we had to make the decision to move locations.
We will host the festival at the Ravenna Veteran’s Memorial Park. If you have been a vendor from previous years, this is the location where the Railroad Festival got its start. This area is a fenced-in area, so being able to drive to your booth will not be possible. However, we will get you close to a gate to get you in, and you may want to bring something with you to move your merchandise. We still will have electric hookups for those that have paid for electric. The park is a grassy area and there are some shade trees and picnic pavilions. We will have marked parking for our Vendors once you have unloaded.

The Ravenna Railroad Festival, a celebration of the railroad industry which established the City of Ravenna, provides a weekend of free entertainment and activities for everyone in the community. This family-oriented event offers something for everyone.
We would like to invite you to become a part of the fun!
We have expanded to a two-day event. Booth fees reserve your spot for both days. There are no single-day rates.
REMINDER: We require a $35.00 refundable deposit. If you stay both days of the festival until 4:00pm on Sunday, this extra fee will be refunded to you!

We will host the festival at the Ravenna Veteran’s Memorial Park. If you have been a vendor from previous years, this is the location where the Railroad Festival got its start.
